This clip starts where Part 2 ended... The neckrope is removed and Lilly is ordered to her knees. Her captor removes her cleave gag and then slips a nylon over her tear and sweat covered face. Her ballgag is then removed and she is cleave gagged and blindfolded with a roll of vetwrap. Her captor leaves her for a short while, but he returns shortly to place some harsh clamps on her nipples. Poor Lilly is left to endure her bondage. It's kind of fitting and symbolic that she has no control. This is what the organization wanted to show her. She can't move, see, speak, and can be used for whatever the organization wants.
