When the Good Dr returns, he tightens up their crotchropes by tying a rope to their crotchropes and pulling them up and around the post behind them. Notice that they start going up on their tippy toes more and more. Their clamps are tied together with twine, before the Dr tightens their crotchrope yet once again. They are left to struggle, endure, whimper, and mmmpph. At the end of the clip they are both released. Their gags are kept in place and their legs and crotchropes are still intact. They are both placed on their hands and knees. This is where Part 5 ends.
