You can cancel at anytime by visiting https://www.vtsup.com/en/start to cancel your membership if you joined through verotel. If you joined through ccbill please visit https://support.ccbill.com/ to cancel your subscription. If you have any problems or questions please contact email@example.com. Why do I have to get a new password if I have been blocked?
Some people do try and share their passwords and other people have their passwords cracked by hacking software. Either way when an account is abused, the password is automatically changed for that account to prevent anyone from using it. The customer can then have a new password emailed to them that will work. You can not use your previous password as it has been compromised and you will just get locked out again.
