This clip start where Part 1 ended... The vigilante walks behind JeC and squeezes her bound tits before walking away. He returns and quickly unties her from the chair. He then raises the hoist connected to her harness gag, forcing her on her tippy toes. He has a lot more of that thin fishing line he bound her tits with and he's going to put it to good uses. He starts at her ankles and tightly binds her entire body with the cruel line. She's now left to struggle and endure. Tears well up in her eyes and drool oozes past her ballgag onto her chest as she constantly struggles to maintain balance. The Vigilante keeps a record of all the hookers he comes in contact with, so he takes some snapshots of JeC for his records. He leaves once again as JeC struggles in agony.
